I'm Kiwi, a designer of yet undetermined domain, with an interest in coding. This is solely a hobby, so don't expect any great design choices here - I'm just here to have a good time, play around and engage in the decentralized web because I'm tired of/can never really keep up with social media.
For years now, I've been feeling a certain nostalgia for the early internet that I never got to participate in (because I was too busy eating sand in kindergarden, i guess). Now just imagine how delighted I felt to learn that there are not only remnants of, but a growing community of fellow early internet enthusiasts. This space is intended to fullfill some childhood dreams, but also to engage with likeminded and friendly people.
A few quick things about me: My favorite food is eggs sunny side up. I really like making lists. I never felt young and I'm slowly moving towards a point where I dont qualify as "young" anymore, so now I engage in my grandma hobbies and early bedtime deliberatly. I try to update things once a week.
Anyway, I'm working on building this website piece by piece, adding and removing things as needed. My cat lays on my arm while writing this, so he's basically a coauthor.

Update 2025-01-29: New Year, New Design, Same Me. I could not stand the old stuff anymore. but I do miss the frog.
Update 2025-06-06: So many unfinished projects rotting in my Version Control. I'm mostly out in the world, living right now. I took on Martial Arts, I drink too much coffee, I stare at my PC for hours a day polishing a project that was always ambitious. This is either the smartest thing I've done so far or one of the dumbest. Where do we go after we finish this? I don't know yet, I just hope I get to return to this place more often.
